What has gone into the genetic makeup of Murder Lab Media?
Whether a direct influence, or a more latent one, check out these accomplices of Queen Victoria.
The Todd the Fox Trio
It started as one man, Todd the Fox himself, then became a duo with Queen Victoria on washboard. A couple years later, Queen Victoria started playing drums. Now we also have Chris Cooney on the sweet upright bass. Check out the details through the link below.
Everybody Dies
To cleanse the palate, I listen to Everybody Dies, a podcast by local comedian Karen Jaffe. She interviews other comedians about their worst moments performing and it is a delight. Even if you haven't been in front of people and can relate personally, the interviews are entertaining and enlightening. The Queen decrees you shall checketh it out.
Grindhouse Press
I discovered Grindhouse Press at a show for local vendors and I bought a few of their books. I ran into them again and bought a few more. Then I went to their site and bought a few more... They have several authors to choose from and I've enjoyed each one I have tried so far. Some books I'd recommend: Murder House - C.V. Hunt; The Sorrow King - Andersen Prunty; Gone to See the River Man - Kristopher Triana; and Dead Stripper Storage - Bryan Smith.
